
Kannada super star Kichcha Sudeep has gone on record praising Tamil actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Thalapathy Vijay subjecting him to praise over his leadership capabilities and the good motive behind his entry into politics. In an interview with media people in Bengaluru, Sudeep was impressed by the fact that Vijay had made the right choice to get into politics and termed him as a well-grounded artist with much responsibility to the society.
Sudeep, who has earned himself a name as a versatile and pan-Indian, claimed that Vijay had stepped out of the film industry into the political arena because he had courage and conviction in doing it. Vijay sir has always been a role model, not only as an actor, but also as someone who is one who can relate well with people. Attempts to build a political movement with sincerity and empathy will surely make many people follow him, Sudeep said. He further offered that true leaders who are based on the emotions of people can make a significant change, Vijay has two of those qualities.

According to him, films bring fame, whereas politics require sacrifice, and he said that the reason why Vijay is so calm and disciplined is that he is fit to become a leader. He is not going into politics on glamour, he is doing it on purpose. That is to be respected, said Sudeep with wish to see him succeed in his new venture.
