Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the housing scheme of the century that will be exclusively offered to central and state government employees and will provide affordable flats in the best places in Delhi starting December 2025. The initiative will include more than 5,000 units in Dwarka, Rohini, Narela, and Loknayak Puram in the backdrop of skyrocketing property prices and covers the middle-income bureaucrats, teachers, and PSU employees. It will offer ownership to those who earn 50,000-2 lakh a month priced 20-30% lower than those in the market.
Highlights and Eligibility of the Scheme.
The scheme is open to serving/retired government employees (Group B/C/D), 80% of the units is allocated to allottes of 5+ years service. It has EWS ( 15- 25 lakh ), LIG (15- 45 lakh), MIG (45- 75 lakh) categories with 2/3/4 BHK flats between 40-150 sqm. The major benefits 10 percent stamp duty concession, interest subsidies (7.5 per 8.5 percent), and 90 percent bank loans through SBI/PNB partnerships. Possession will be ensured in 24 months and ready to move options available in Dwarka Sector 19.
Applications: January 5, 2026, through DDA portal- first-come, first-served with lottery against oversubscription. The following documents were required: service certificate, income proof, Aadhaar. Women employees reservation is 5% and SC/ST is 10%.
Good Locations and Facilities.
The sites of Dwarka Expressways have access to metro, schools (DPS, Ryan) and malls. Phase V of Rohini has green belts, hospitals. The smart city atmosphere of Narela features EV charging. Each and every complex has gyms, clubhouses, rainwater collection, and 24/7 security- normally certified under the DDA green building standards.
Rates outcompete the individual constructors: 7500 per sqm as compared to 12000 in the market. Sample: 60 sqm EWS 1BHK at 450000 EMI 28000 at 8 percent.

Register dda.org.in/housing2025 by Jan 15. Pay ₹2 lakh token (refundable). E-draw February 10. HINTS: Eligibility would have to be checked through HR; the resale value would be required to be Dwarka (30 percent appreciation). Care agents–direct portal alone.
